In line with the demands of the families who come to our company to find a caregiver; First of all, we list the features of caregiver that the family is looking for. Then, considering the needs of our family (newborn care, child care, elderly care, housework), we transmit the video recordings and resumes of the appropriate caregivers to our family. We make a 3-way video interview with the candidate chosen by our family, as our company, family and candidate. In this way, we try to help make the right decision by having the opportunity to meet with both the family and the caregiver candidate and ask all the questions they have in mind. If there is a mutual agreement, our company starts the necessary process in order to bring the chosen candidateto Turkey with a legal work permit and we follow the entire process until it is complete. In addition, the caregivers will be given a short training both from the local agency and by our agency when she comes to Turkey. This training consists of child and baby care, hygiene and hygiene rules, Turkish customs and traditions, first aid for babies and children, Turkish meal order and speaking style. In case of any problems, disagreements or dissatisfaction by our family during the first year of our caregiver's work in our family, we find a new caregiver without any service fee charge from our family.
